I have always enjoyed making pizza from scratch. Recently, I have been making high hydration Neapolitan-style pizza dough, topping it with mozzarella, and baking at 900-degrees in my pizza oven. Instead of buying a peel for sliding pizzas out of the oven, I designed and made my own out of a piece of Redwood.
